Menstrual Cup Set (Size S and L)

Menstrual cups are an eco-friendly and cost-saving alternative to sanitary pads and tampons. They are reusable, very easy to disinfect, virtually unnoticeable, comfortable, and quickly pay for themselves. The cups are made from medical-grade silicone, which is highly hygienic, does not cause allergic reactions, urinary tract infections, or toxic shock syndrome.

How to use:

1.       Make sure your hands are clean.

2.       Before using for the first time, disinfect the cup (boiling in water is recommended).

3.       The cup can be inserted while sitting, squatting, kneeling, or standing — whichever is most comfortable.

4.       The cup can be moistened with water or lubricant to make insertion easier.

5.       Fold the cup in half so that it forms a U shape.

6.       Gently insert it into the vagina.

7.       Make sure the cup has "opened" inside the vagina and is pressed against the vaginal walls. Touch the bottom of the cup. If it is completely round, it should be fully open.

8.       To remove the cup, squeeze the bottom to break the vacuum seal, then simply pull by the stem.
