Warranty
The legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania establishes a 24-month warranty period for all personal consumer goods.
For legal entities, the warranty period is/is not applied according to the warranty terms set by the manufacturers.
If your product breaks down during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge or replace it. For warranty service, please contact us by email at [email protected] .
Warranty does not apply to:
- \Products that have mechanical damage or signs of disassembly;
- Products that were used for purposes other than intended;
- Products whose defects occurred due to the buyer's fault;
- Products with damaged serial stickers;
- Products that were repaired by the Buyer themselves;
- Products where the defect occurs due to environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), Force majeure (fire, flood) or the effects of accidental external factors (voltage surges, etc.);
- If the defect occurs due to liquids, objects, etc. entering the device;
- If the buyer does not provide a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, leasing agreement);
- Defects arising from the use of non-original accessories;
- Consumable parts (cables, connectors, batteries, holders, etc.);
- Information stored on storage media;
- Operating systems or other software.
- Damage occurring after purchase due to the device being dropped or struck.
- The device malfunctioned due to the installation of illegal software or disassembly.
- The warranty also does not apply to information stored on media or devices. This means we are not responsible if personal information is lost during repair. Costs, if the customer wishes to restore their data, are also not reimbursed.
Warranty Service Rules:
When submitting a device for warranty repair, the Buyer must also provide a proof of purchase (invoice) and other required documents. You receive the proof of purchase (invoice or leasing agreement) by email when we receive your payment for the purchased product.
The device must be submitted in packaging that ensures safe transportation. If the device is delivered without packaging, the Seller is not responsible for mechanical damage caused during transportation of the device;
The device or its component is accepted by the seller, with a product acceptance-transfer act being drawn up. One copy of the act is given to the customer;
The product will not be returned without the document (transfer-acceptance act). If the transfer-acceptance act is lost, an identity document must be presented;
Eliminating defects that arose due to the manufacturer's fault takes from 2 to 3 weeks, calculated from the day the product is handed over to the warranty service. If it becomes apparent that a part required for repair needs to be delivered from abroad, the waiting period is extended to 45 working days.
If the defect is not confirmed and/or there are defects to which warranty obligations and free service do not apply, all costs related to transporting the product to the service center, identifying the defect, and repair are paid by the customer at their own expense;
All costs related to transporting the product to and from the warranty center are paid by the Buyer.
The device is replaced or a refund is issued if defects that occurred during use within the warranty period cannot be eliminated;
The Seller is not responsible for information lost on a defective data storage device or media. It is advised to regularly make copies of such information material;
Upon receiving the product, it is necessary to check whether the complete set of the device submitted for repair is being returned. Claims regarding the completeness will not be accepted later;
Technical service (replacement of batteries and other parts) is performed for an established fee at any manufacturer-authorized service center, at the user's request;
If a customer who has been informed of the possibility of collecting the product after repair does not collect it, after 6 months from the completion of the repair, IPERKU.LT has the right to no longer store the product.
Attention, the following is prohibited:
Placing the device in direct sunlight, near a heat source or devices emitting magnetic radiation.
Removing covers or otherwise disassembling the device.
Placing heavy objects on the device.
Using alcohol or other chemical solvents for cleaning.
