1. General Provisions.

1.1. These goods purchase and sale rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct or supplement the rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legislation. The Buyer is informed on the online store website. When the Buyer shops in the online store, the Rules in effect at the time of placing the order shall apply.

1.3. The right to purchase in the online store is granted to:

1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court;

1.3.2. minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently manage their own income;

1.3.3. legal entities;

1.3.4. authorized representatives of all persons listed above.

1.4. The Seller, by confirming the rules, also guarantees that, pursuant to clause 1.3 of the rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store.

1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method and familiarized themselves with the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see clause 5 "Order of Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms").

1.6. Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.

2. Personal Data Protection.

2.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the goods order in the respective information fields provided by the Seller: first name, last name, goods delivery address, phone number and email address.

2.2. By confirming these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data provided in clause 2.1 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, analyzing the Seller's activities and for direct marketing purposes.

2.3. By agreeing that the Buyer's personal data may be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for fulfilling the goods order may be sent to the email address and phone number provided by the Buyer.

2.4. The Buyer, by registering in the online store and ordering goods, undertakes to keep and not disclose their login credentials to anyone.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations.

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in the manner established by these Rules and in other information sections of this online store.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.

3.3. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login credentials to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login credentials, they must immediately inform the Seller using the contact details provided in the "Contact Us" section.

3.4. The Buyer, by using the online store, agrees to these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the Seller's online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the personal information belonging to the Buyer as specified in the online store registration form.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Order of Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms.

5.1. The Buyer may purchase in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.2. The contract comes into effect from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button, and upon receiving the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the Buyer.

5.3. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros only.

5.4. The Buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer by entering the product code.

5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment for the goods will the parcel be prepared and the goods delivery period will begin to be counted.

6. Delivery of Goods.

6.1. The Buyer, having selected the goods delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to provide the exact delivery location of the goods.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of goods to an inappropriate person.

6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or Lithuanian Post.

6.4. The Seller delivers goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required goods are not available in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery.

6.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of goods delivery terms if the goods are not delivered or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

7. Quality of Goods, Warranties.

The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the online store may not match the actual size, shape and color of the goods in terms of color, shape or other parameters due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

8. Liability of the Buyer and Seller.

8.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising therefrom and acquires the right to claim compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

8.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed while using this online store.

8.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of their login credentials to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the online store by logging in using the Buyer's login credentials, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

8.4. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise due to the fact that the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, even though such an opportunity was provided to them.

8.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities therein, does not maintain or control those websites and does not represent those companies or individuals.

8.6. In the event of damages, the liable Party shall compensate the other Party for direct losses.

9. Marketing and Information.

9.1. The Seller may, at their own discretion, initiate various promotions in the online store.

9.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of promotions, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of promotion terms and procedures shall only apply prospectively, i.e., from the moment they are made.

9.3. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer using the contact details provided in the Buyer's registration form.

9.4. The Buyer sends all notifications and inquiries to the phone number and email address specified in the "Contact Us" section of the Seller's online store.

9.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive sent informational or confirmation messages due to disruptions in internet connectivity or email service provider networks.

10. Final Provisions.

10.1. These goods purchase and sale Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
